Never prejudge things. Keep your mind open to new opportunities.
About four and a half years ago, I was selling $12 million to $15 million of real estate a year and had a solid income from my coaching career. However, I was in a dilemma. I knew that if I ever stopped selling real estate and stopped coaching, my income would go away. I feared that I would outlive my money.
Brent Gove, a dear friend of mine, found me and showed me new opportunities. At that point in my life, I wasn’t interested in new opportunities. I was more focused on how to retire gracefully. However, that one chance meeting with Brent turned out to be life-changing. I was able to build a passive income of over six figures a month. Now, I can retire without worrying about money.
“Don’t judge things until you get a chance to check them out for yourself. ”
All of this was possible only because I had an open mind. If you don’t open up your mind to new opportunities, you’ll end up paying a mortgage on the most expensive things people could own. Take a look at where you came, and the opportunities you’ve taken in the past. I guarantee you took those opportunities because you kept an open mind. Don’t judge things until you get a chance to check them out for yourself.
