Never prejudge things. Keep your mind open to new opportunities.
About four and a half years ago, I was selling $12 million to $15 million of real estate a year and had a solid income from my coaching career. However, I was in a dilemma. I knew that if I ever stopped selling real estate and stopped coaching, my income would go away. I feared that I would outlive my money.
