These are the best sources for free leads. It doesn’t take much to find them, but it’s smart to use a dialer because you’re going to be making lots of calls.
FSBOs and expired listings are a never-ending source of leads at a low cost. Although Zillow leads convert at a much higher rate, you’ll pay a lot more for them. If you’re on a budget, get a dialer and make it happen, because those people need help as well.
