In order to truly make money in real estate, you have to master the transactional part of the business and master your trade. Then, if you’re looking to grow your business more, the next step is to build a team. That’s where you have to be a good manager. Real wealth creation starts with leadership and if you look at the income pyramid, leaders are at the very top. A great book I would recommend by Simon Sinek called “Leaders Eat Last” is about servant leadership and how to attract people instead of pushing them and how to get them to do their best. You need to pick up this book and follow what it says. That’s where the wealth lies in our business.
