We have an agent who just joined our team and put $1 million under contract in his first month in the business because he’s relentless. He makes tons of calls, role-plays, learns his scripts, internalizes them, and gets to a point where it sounds like a normal conversation.
Think about what you’re doing and how you sound on the phone. Record yourself, play it back, and analyze it. Get a coach or accountability partner to help you get better. Using scripts is one part of your business that you need to level up as quickly as you can so you can make more money.
