I have a few tips to help you grow your real estate business. Some of these may seem pretty obvious, but when you get stuck on a transaction treadmill, it’s hard to grow. So here are the fastest ways you can grow your business and how much of it is going into your pocket:

1. Double your average sales price. Imagine what this would do for your business!

2. Raise your commissions. This might sound hard to some of you, but it comes down to articulating your value and telling the customer why you are worth the higher commission. Give me five minutes on the phone, and I can show you how.

3. Have clients use you more frequently. Gary Keller ran a study that said one out of six people move every year. Every six years, you could resell a single client, but they’re probably going to know someone every year who’s moving and needs a referral. You need to get back in touch with your database and get those referrals.
