So you just got a hot lead from a buyer IDX or Zillow call. This is a great start, but where do you go from here? Today I want to share one question you should ask to increase your conversion rate by 50%. 

You’re probably using LPMAMA or another buyer questionnaire designed to convert leads, but are you meeting your clients at their points of need? If you want to instantly build rapport with your leads, simply ask them, “Would you like to see that property you’re interested in today?”

Instead of asking them whether they’re buying or window shopping, ask them this question. This is your opportunity to make face-to-face contact with your lead. 99% of the time, people hire the first agent they meet in person, so get out there and get to know your leads.
