A pre-approval is the biggest thing you can attach to your offer to show the seller that you’re serious and you’ve already gone through the process. Another thing you can do is present more cash upfront. That can be in the down payment or the buyer can become a cash buyer—cash buyers are winning in today’s market.

A third thing that will improve your buyer’s offer is to ensure that it’s clean. This means the contract is completely filled out and done correctly, which also means that you need to understand all of the possible forms.
