After 20 years in retail, he had the opportunity and financial freedom to make a career change, and Steve obtained his Real Estate License in September 2021. He did not close his first transaction until December that year, but since then has completed 12 real estate transactions for roughly 8 million, has two pending real estate transactions, one active listing for $975,000, and a signed listing agreement that will be going on the market in August for $2 million.
Steve was blessed to get a call from the Cliff Freeman Group and switched brokerages in June. The broker/agent who convinced him to make the initial switch to real estate has since joined eXp, and they plan to rock together for years to come!
